Southern Wisconsin Acupuncture LLC has offices in Delavan and in Janesville, WI. The standard session fee is $70.00; there is an additional $20.00 initial exam fee for new patients on their first visit. Most visits will require around an hour, with approximately 1/2 hour of attended time and 1/2 hour allowed for dressing, positioning, and resting with needles in place. Multiple complaints may be addressed in a single treatment, as the schedule allows. Additional attended time can occasionally be provided, and is billed at a rate of $20.00 per 15 minutes.
Credit cards are not accepted. Billing directly to insurance is available with pre-approval; otherwise, a statement of services for submittal to insurance with appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes is provided upon request. Payment from HSA or MSA is encouraged.
